2023-2024 Dates and Deadlines:

August and September, 2023: Sign into My AP and join AP classes using join codes

September 29, 2023: Deadline to register for AP exams on AP Classroom

November 10, 2023: Deadline to pay for AP exams through School Cash Online or by cash or check made out to WCHS AP Program. All exams not paid for by this date will be dropped from the exam order. 

May 6-17, 2024: AP exam administration 

 

AP EXAM REGISTRATION:

The registration deadline for 2024 AP exams is September 29, 2023.  Students should register by logging into AP Classroom and selecting “yes” for each class they wish to take an exam in.  Students who do not have an AP Classroom account will have to register for one, and join each class they are taking using the specific class join code. 

Students who have special testing accommodations must come by the library to let Mrs. Doak know.  The College Board must approve all accommodations by January 18, 2024.

PAYMENT FOR EXAMS:

The 2023-24 test fee will be $100 per exam. Test fee(s) may be paid through School Cash Online using a check or card. Alternately, you may bring cash or check payments to Ms. Doak in the library.  Checks should be made out to WCHS AP Program.  All payments are due by November 10, 2022. Tests that are not paid for by Nov. 10 will be dropped from the exam order. Make sure you only pay for the exams that you have registered for through AP Classroom.

If you think you may qualify for a fee reduction on your AP exams, please come see Mrs. Doak in the library to confirm and to discuss payment options. Fee reduction pricing information will be available later in the school year.

 

EXAM CANCELLATION AND LATE ORDERING INFORMATION: 

Exams cancelled after November 10, 2022 will incur a $40 cancellation fee.

Exams ordered after November 10, 2022 will incur a $40 late order fee.
