2024-2025 DATES AND DEADLINES:

For Fall Semester Classes:

August and September, 2024: Sign into My AP and join AP classes using join codes

October 4, 2024: Deadline to register for AP exams on AP Classroom

November 8, 2024: Deadline to pay for Fall semester courses' AP exams through School Cash Online or by check made out to WCHS AP Program. All exams not paid for by this date will be dropped from the exam order. 

For Spring Semester Classes:

February 28, 2025: Deadline to register for AP exams on AP Classroom

March 14, 2025: Deadline to pay for Spring semester courses' AP exams through School Cash Online or by check made out to WCHS AP Program.  All exams not paid for by this date will be dropped from the exam order. 

May 5-16, 2025: AP exam administration for both Fall and Spring courses

AP EXAM REGISTRATION:

Students should register by logging into AP Classroom and selecting “yes” for each class they wish to take an exam in.  Students who do not have an AP Classroom account will have to register for one, and join each class they are taking using the specific class join code. 

Students who have special testing accommodations must come by the library to let Mrs. Doak know.  The College Board must approve all accommodations by January 17, 2025.

PAYMENT FOR EXAMS:

The 2024-25 test fee will be $105 per exam. Test fee(s) may be paid through School Cash Online using a check or card. Alternately, you may bring check payments to Ms. Doak in the library.  Checks should be made out to WCHS AP Program.  All payments are due by November 8, 2024. Tests that are not paid for by Nov. 8 will be dropped from the exam order. Make sure you only pay for the exams that you have registered for through AP Classroom.

If you think you may qualify for a fee reduction on your AP exams, please come see Mrs. Doak in the library to confirm and to discuss payment options and fill out an application. 

EXAM CANCELLATION AND LATE ORDERING INFORMATION: 

Exams cancelled after November 8, 2024 will incur a $40 cancellation fee.

Exams ordered after November 8, 2024 will incur a $40 late order fee.
