General Information

AP students: The deadline to register for AP exams is this Friday, March 9.  All registration forms must be turned in to Mrs. Stephanie Doak in the library by this date. Forms and information can be picked up in the library. 


Balfour will be here on March 15 from 10:45 – 1:15 (AF through lunch) to take

FINAL orders for Cap & Gown, invitations, and other senior items.

Please be sure to place your order, or see representative if you have questions.


Looking for a gently used or even brand new prom dress? Come to the first WCHS Prom Shop March 7 and March 13 from 3:30-5:30 in the auditorium and rent any dress you wish absolutely free! Dresses must be returned one week after the prom. There are also some shoes and jewelry availability.

Hope to see you there to pick out the perfect dress for your perfect night!

Mrs. Medley will also be available the afternoon of prom to do hair & make-up.

Please sign up to reserve a time with her before April 13th.


We are excepting applications for CNA and Clinical Internship.  Students can pick up an application in rooms 305, 124, and 122.  They need to be turned in before Spring Break to Room 305.


WCHS football cheerleading tryout packets are available from Mrs. Dyer. 


Bill Holt Chevrolet is looking for a student 16 years or older to work on Saturdays only. The job will be every Saturday, 8-5 working as a receptionist. If you will be available to work every Saturday and are interested, please see Jennifer at the Bill Holt dealership on Sparta Highway to apply in person. No phone calls.

Congratulations to the WCHS Winter Guard on 2nd place this past weekend at the WINTER ON THE SUMMIT-SCGC competition at Summit HS in Spring Hill, TN. 


Congratulations to winners of college scholarships at the juniors college night event at WCHS: Winning a $500.00 scholarship each were Lillian Hutchins, Makenzie Whitlock, and Meliza Espinoza.


Congratulations to boys’ soccer who won Tuesday night against Sewanee 3-1.
